About

Dr Nicole Woodford (Founder)

I’m a leadership educator, mentor, and multi-business owner with a strong passion for leadership, management, and the philosophy that grounds them. Holding an MBA in senior leadership, I combine deep academic insight with hands-on business experience to support impactful, values-driven leadership development.

I currently work as an Associate Senior University Tutor at Sheffield University Management School, where I mentor senior NHS and ICB leaders through reflective, research-led learning. I’m also a Chartered Manager and mentor with the Chartered Management Institute.

Through my workshops and leadership programmes, I help leaders connect research-based theory with practical tools they can apply in real-world settings. The result is meaningful, sustainable change; for both individuals and the organisations they lead.
